Robust axion insulator and Chern insulator phases in a two-dimensional antiferromagnetic topological insulator
Chang Liu,Yongchao Wang,Hao Li,Yang Wu,Yaoxin Li,Jiaheng Li,Ke He,Yong Xu,Jinsong Zhang,Yayu Wang +9 more
TL;DR: This work investigates the quantum transport of both bulk crystal and exfoliated MnBi 2 Te 4 flakes in a field-effect transistor geometry and observes a large longitudinal resistance and zero Hall plateau, which are characteristics of an axion insulator state.

Robust axion insulator and Chern insulator phases in a two-dimensional antiferromagnetic topological insulator
Chang Liu,Yongchao Wang,Hao Li,Yang Wu,Yaoxin Li,Jiaheng Li,Ke He,Yong Xu,Jinsong Zhang,Yayu Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the quantum transport behaviors of both bulk crystal and exfoliated MnBi2Te4 flakes in a field effect transistor geometry were investigated, and it was shown that the axion insulator state occurs in zero magnetic field, over a wide magnetic field range, and at relatively high temperatures.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhancing the Quantum Anomalous Hall Effect by Magnetic Codoping in a Topological Insulator.
Yunbo Ou,Chang Liu,Gaoyuan Jiang,Yang Feng,Dongyang Zhao,Weixiong Wu,Xiaoxiao Wang,Wei Li,Can-Li Song,Lili Wang,Wenbo Wang,Weida Wu,Yayu Wang,Ke He,Xucun Ma,Qi-Kun Xue +15 more
TL;DR: By codoping Cr and V magnetic elements in (Bi,Sb)2 Te3 TI, the temperature of the QAH effect can be significantly increased such that full quantization is achieved at 300 mK and zero-field Hall resistance of 0.97 h/e2 is observed at 1.5 K.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long noncoding RNA GSTM3TV2 upregulates LAT2 and OLR1 by competitively sponging let-7 to promote gemcitabine resistance in pancreatic cancer.
Guangbing Xiong,Guangbing Xiong,Chang Liu,Gang Yang,Mengyu Feng,Jianwei Xu,Jianwei Xu,Fangyu Zhao,Lei You,Li Zhou,Lianfang Zheng,Ya Hu,Xiaowo Wang,Taiping Zhang,Taiping Zhang,Yupei Zhao +15 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that GSTM3TV2 is a crucial oncogenic regulator involved in chemoresistance and could be a new therapeutic target or prognostic marker in pancreatic cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Observation of the Zero Hall Plateau in a Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulator
Yang Feng,Xiao Feng,Yunbo Ou,Yunbo Ou,Jing Wang,Chang Liu,Liguo Zhang,Dongyang Zhao,Gaoyuan Jiang,Shou-Cheng Zhang,Ke He,Xucun Ma,Qi-Kun Xue,Yayu Wang +13 more
TL;DR: It is proposed that the chiral edge states residing at the magnetic domain boundaries, which are unique to a quantum anomalous Hall insulator, are responsible for the novel features of the zero Hall plateau.
