The preparation of graphene hybrid films decorated with poly[2-methoxy-5-(2′-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] particles prepared by non-solvent induced precipitation

TL;DR: In this article, a hybrid film of graphene decorated with poly[2methoxy-5-(2′-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] (MEH-PPV) nanoparticles is fabricated by a simple non-solvent induced precipitation method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Resonant tunneling and bistability in a double barrier structure under an intense terahertz laser

TL;DR: By using exact wave functions of an electron in a terahertz laser field, the electron resonant tunneling through a double barrier structure was calculated in this paper, where it was found that the laser field has two effects on the current voltage characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhancement of polarization in a spin-orbit coupling quantum wire with a constriction

TL;DR: In this paper, the enhancement of spin polarization in a quantum wire in the presence of a constriction and a spin-orbit coupling segment has been investigated and it is shown that the spin filtering effect is significantly heightened in comparison with the configuration without the constriction.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

STEAM: Self-Supervised Taxonomy Expansion with Mini-Paths

TL;DR: A self-supervised taxonomy expansion model named STEAM is proposed, which leverages natural supervision in the existing taxonomy for expansion, and outperforms state-of-the-art methods forTaxonomy expansion by 11.6% in accuracy and 7.0% in mean reciprocal rank on three public benchmarks.
