Journal ArticleDOI
Room temperature conductive type metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors for NO2 detection
TL;DR: In this article, the main strategies and material modification methods studied so far are presented and discussed, including light illumination, sensitization with an organic, formation of heterojunctions, preparation of composites with 1D or 2D materials and an introduction of oxygen vacancies in high concentrations.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hierarchical porous Ni/NiO core–shells with superior conductivity for electrochemical pseudo-capacitors and glucose sensors
TL;DR: In this paper, a hierarchical porous Ni/NiO core-shells are synthesized and the hierarchical porosities enhance the effective transport of electrolytes and ions within the interconnected porous channels, making dramatic contributions to a superior storage stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Wang,Xue-Feng Wu,S. L. Xiong,Renxin Xu,Y.-S. Yang,G. Q. Zhang,Shoudu Zhang,T. C. Zheng,J.-H. Zou +57 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an 8-hour radio observational campaign of the Galactic magnetar SGR 1935+2154, assisted by multi-wavelength data, indicates that associations between fast radio bursts and soft γ-ray bursts are rare.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chemical Genetics Reveals a Role for Mps1 Kinase in Kinetochore Attachment during Mitosis
Michele H. Jones,Brenda J. Huneycutt,Chad G. Pearson,Chao Zhang,Garry Morgan,Kevan M. Shokat,Kerry Bloom,Mark Winey +7 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated, by using both fixed- and live-cell fluoresence techniques, that cells lacking Mps1 function show severe defects in mitotic spindle formation, sister kinetochore positioning at metaphase, and chromosome segregation during anaphase.
Journal ArticleDOI
Solar-driven self-heating sponges for highly efficient crude oil spill remediation
TL;DR: In this paper, a solar-driven self-heating hydrophobic/oleophilic sponges for fast adsorption of crude oil from water surfaces is presented.
