Flexible SnO(2) hollow nanosphere film based high-performance ultraviolet photodetector
Wei Tian,Chao Zhang,Tianyou Zhai,Song-Lin Li,Xuebin Wang,Meiyong Liao,Kazuhito Tsukagoshi,Dmitri Golberg,Yoshio Bando +8 more
TL;DR: A high-quality SnO(2) hollow-sphere nanofilm based flexible photodetector was constructed via'water-oil' interfacial assembling and showed high sensitivity, superb stability, and was also able to bear significant external mechanical forces.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impacts of Global Change on Mediterranean Forests and Their Services
Josep Peñuelas,Jordi Sardans,Iolanda Filella,Marc Estiarte,Joan Llusià,Romà Ogaya,Jofre Carnicer,Mireia Bartrons,Albert Rivas-Ubach,Oriol Grau,Guille Peguero,Olga Margalef,Sergi Pla-Rabes,Constantí Stefanescu,Dolores Asensio,Catherine Preece,Lei Liu,Aleixandre Verger,Adrià Barbeta,Ander Achotegui-Castells,Albert Gargallo-Garriga,Dominik Sperlich,Gerard Farré-Armengol,Marcos Fernández-Martínez,Daijun Liu,Chao Zhang,Ifigenia Urbina,Marta Camino-Serrano,Maria Vives-Ingla,Benjamin D. Stocker,Manuela Balzarolo,Rossella Guerrieri,Marc Peaucelle,Sara Marañón-Jiménez,Kevin Bórnez-Mejías,Zhaobin Mu,Adrià Descals,Alejandro E. Castellanos,Jaume Terradas +38 more
TL;DR: If changes in climate, land use and other components of global change, such as pollution and overexploitation of resources, continue, the resilience of many forests will likely be exceeded, altering their structure and function and changing, mostly decreasing, their capacity to continue to provide their current services.
Journal ArticleDOI
Timing and genesis of the adakitic and shoshonitic intrusions in the Laoniushan complex, southern margin of the North China Craton: Implications for post-collisional magmatism associated with the Qinling Orogen
Li-Xue Ding,Changqian Ma,Jian-Wei Li,Paul T. Robinson,Xiao-Dong Deng,Chao Zhang,Wang-Chun Xu +6 more
TL;DR: Zircon U-Pb ages, elemental geochemistry, and Sr-Nd-Hf isotope data for the Laoniushan granitoid complex that was emplaced in the southern margin of the North China Craton were reported in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Strong terahertz conductance of graphene nanoribbons under a magnetic field
TL;DR: In this paper, the optical response of graphene nanoribbons in the terahertz to far-infrared regime can be significantly enhanced and tuned by an applied magnetic field, and the dependence of the threshold frequency on the magnetic field is studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient Coupling of Solar Energy to Catalytic Hydrogenation by Using Well‐Designed Palladium Nanostructures
Ran Long,Zhoulv Rao,Keke Mao,Yu Li,Chao Zhang,Qiliang Liu,Chengming Wang,Zhi-Yuan Li,Zhi-Yuan Li,Xiaojun Wu,Yujie Xiong +10 more
TL;DR: The nanostructures reported here have sufficient plasmonic cross-sections for light harvesting in a broad spectral range owing to the reduced shape symmetry, which increases the solution temperature for the reaction by the photothermal effect and drastically enhance the hydrogenation reaction by light illumination.
