Graphene/Pentacene Barristor with Ion-Gel Gate Dielectric: Flexible Ambipolar Transistor with High Mobility and On/Off Ratio
Gwangtaek Oh,Jin-Soo Kim,Ji Hoon Jeon,EunA Won,Jong Wan Son,Duk Hyun Lee,Cheol Kyeom Kim,Jingon Jang,Takhee Lee,Bae Ho Park +9 more
TL;DR: The graphene/pentacene barristor with ion-gel gate dielectric can offer various flexible device applications with high performances and reveals ambipolar behaviors and related negative differential resistance, which are controlled by external bias.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fabricating in-plane transistor and memory using atomic force microscope lithography towards graphene system on chip
TL;DR: In this paper, using simple and clean atomic force microscope lithography, they fabricated both the switching devices and the memories by forming very thin graphene oxide (GO) barriers in mono-layer graphene at the controlled oxidation voltages.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhancement of resistive switching under confined current path distribution enabled by insertion of atomically thin defective monolayer graphene.
Keundong Lee,Inrok Hwang,Inrok Hwang,Sangik Lee,Sungtaek Oh,Dukhyun Lee,Cheol Kyeom Kim,Yoonseung Nam,Sahwan Hong,Chansoo Yoon,Robert B. Morgan,Hakseong Kim,Sunae Seo,David H. Seo,Sang-wook Lee,Bae Ho Park +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, defective monolayer graphene was introduced between an oxide film and an electrode to induce confined current path distribution inside the oxide film, and thus control the creation and rupture of conducting filaments inside ReRAM oxides.
