Mitochondria-Dependent Pathway Is Involved in Heat-Induced Male Germ Cell Death: Lessons from Mutant Mice

TL;DR: It is found that the initiation of apoptosis in wild-type mice was preceded by a redistribution of Bax from a cytoplasmic to paranuclear localization in heat-susceptible germ cells, indicating that the mitochondria-dependent pathway is the key apoptotic pathway for heat-induced male germ cell death in mice.

Hormonal studies in Klinefelter's syndrome.

TL;DR: Although no statistically significant relationships were found between the hormonal and clinical abnormalities of Klinefelter's syndrome it is probable that the hyperoestrogenism and androgen deficiency are linked to the development of the signs of feminization and hypogonadism.
