TL;DR: In the UK and the USA, risk of reporting a positive test for COVID-19 was increased among front-line health-care workers, and adequacy of PPE, clinical setting, and ethnic background were also important factors.

TL;DR: Among patients with cancer, current treatment with chemotherapy or immunotherapy was associated with a 2.2‐fold increased risk of a positive test, and the association between cancer and COVID‐19 infection was stronger among participants >65 years and males.
