Journal ArticleDOI

Anomalously large interface charge in polarity-switchable photovoltaic devices: an indication of mobile ions in organic–inorganic halide perovskites

TL;DR: In this article, it was proved that a large amount of mobile ions exist in organic-inorganic halide perovskites and the accumulated ions at the interface change the band bending of the semiconductor, leading to polarity switchable photovoltaic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI

Toward All Room-Temperature, Solution-Processed, High-Performance Planar Perovskite Solar Cells: A New Scheme of Pyridine-Promoted Perovskite Formation

TL;DR: A new, all room-temperature solution process is developed to fabricate efficient, low-cost, and stable perovskite solar cells (PVSCs) that show high efficiency and no hysteresis on rigid and flexible substrates, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Improved performance of electroluminescent devices based on an europium complex

TL;DR: In this article, a Europium complex Eu(DBM)3 bath was used as the electron-transport emitting layer to improve the performance of an EL device.
Journal ArticleDOI

Room-Temperature Solution-Processed NiOx:PbI2 Nanocomposite Structures for Realizing High-Performance Perovskite Photodetectors.

TL;DR: The NiOx:PbI2 nanocomposite structures work as an effective hole extraction layer, which provides a large electron injection barrier and favorable hole extraction as well as passivates the surface of the perovskite, leading to suppressed dark current and enhanced photocurrent.
