Journal ArticleDOI
Anomalously large interface charge in polarity-switchable photovoltaic devices: an indication of mobile ions in organic–inorganic halide perovskites
Yong Zhao,Chunjun Liang,Huimin Zhang,Dan Li,Ding Tian,Guobao Li,Xiping Jing,Wenguan Zhang,Weikang Xiao,Qian Liu,Fujun Zhang,Zhiqun He +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was proved that a large amount of mobile ions exist in organic-inorganic halide perovskites and the accumulated ions at the interface change the band bending of the semiconductor, leading to polarity switchable photovoltaic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Toward All Room-Temperature, Solution-Processed, High-Performance Planar Perovskite Solar Cells: A New Scheme of Pyridine-Promoted Perovskite Formation
Hong Zhang,Jiaqi Cheng,Dan Li,Francis Lin,Jian Mao,Chunjun Liang,Alex K.-Y. Jen,Michael Grätzel,Wallace C. H. Choy +8 more
TL;DR: A new, all room-temperature solution process is developed to fabricate efficient, low-cost, and stable perovskite solar cells (PVSCs) that show high efficiency and no hysteresis on rigid and flexible substrates, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rare earth complex as a high-efficiency emitter in an electroluminescent device
Ziruo Hong,Chunjun Liang,Rongjin Li,Wuxia Li,De Qian Zhao,Dong Fan,Duoming Wang,Bei Chu,F. X. Zang,L.-S. Hong,Shuit-Tong Lee +10 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved performance of electroluminescent devices based on an europium complex
Chunjun Liang,Degang Zhao,Ziruo Hong,Dongxu Zhao,Xingyuan Liu,Wuxia Li,Juan Peng,J. Q. Yu,Chun-Sing Lee,Shuit-Tong Lee +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a Europium complex Eu(DBM)3 bath was used as the electron-transport emitting layer to improve the performance of an EL device.
Journal ArticleDOI
Room-Temperature Solution-Processed NiOx:PbI2 Nanocomposite Structures for Realizing High-Performance Perovskite Photodetectors.
Hugh L. Zhu,Jiaqi Cheng,Di Zhang,Di Zhang,Chunjun Liang,Claas J. Reckmeier,He Huang,Andrey L. Rogach,Wallace C. H. Choy +8 more
TL;DR: The NiOx:PbI2 nanocomposite structures work as an effective hole extraction layer, which provides a large electron injection barrier and favorable hole extraction as well as passivates the surface of the perovskite, leading to suppressed dark current and enhanced photocurrent.
