Journal ArticleDOI
Interferon Receptor Signaling Pathways Regulating PD-L1 and PD-L2 Expression.
Angel Garcia-Diaz,Daniel Sanghoon Shin,Blanca Homet Moreno,Justin Saco,Helena Escuin-Ordinas,Gabriel Abril Rodriguez,Jesse M. Zaretsky,Lu Sun,Willy Hugo,Xiaoyan Wang,Giulia Parisi,Cristina Puig Saus,Davis Y. Torrejon,Thomas G. Graeber,Begonya Comin-Anduix,Siwen Hu-Lieskovan,Robert Damoiseaux,Roger S. Lo,Antoni Ribas +18 more
TL;DR: Analysis of biopsy specimens from patients with melanoma confirmed interferon signature enrichment and upregulation of gene targets for STAT1/STAT2/STAT3 and IRF1 in anti-PD-1-responding tumors.
Patent
Targeted replacement of endogenous T cell receptors
TL;DR: In this article, methods and compositions for editing the genome of a human T cell were described. But they did not specify how to insert a heterologous T cell receptor (TCR)-β chain and a TCR-α chain into the TCR subunit constant gene.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Abstract 3566: Enhanced expansion and tumor targeting of adoptively transferred T cells with NKTR-214
Giulia Parisi,Justin Saco,Felix Bergara,Paige Krystofinski,Ruixue Zhang,Cristina Puig Saus,Siwen Hu-Lieskovan,Begonya Comin-Anduix,Anna M. Wu,Deborah H. Charych,Antoni Ribas +10 more
TL;DR: NKTR-214+ACT provides a robust and durable anti-tumor response compared to IL-2+ACT with less frequent dosing in the aggressive B16F10 model and led to significant tumor growth inhibition at day 14 compared with IL- 2+ACT.
Journal ArticleDOI
Abstract 3818: Infrequent chromosomal loss and recurrent gains lead to imbalanced expression of HLA genes in melanoma
Katie M. Campbell,Justin Saco,Egmidio Medina,Meelad Amouzgar,Shannon M. Pfeiffer,C.R. Salinas Gonzalez,Gabriela Steiner,Ameya Champhekar,Cristina Puig Saus,Jesse M. Zaretsky,Gabriel Abril Rodriguez,Agustin Vega-Crespo,Ignacio Baselga Carretero,Mito Tariveranmoshabad,Anusha Kalbasi,Christine Spencer,Zachary L. Skidmore,Malachi Griffith,Obi L. Griffith,Daniel K. Wells,Antoni Ribas +20 more
TL;DR: Evaluation of paired tumor WES and RNAseq revealed orthogonal validation of HLA allelic imbalance, and analysis in cell lines suggested that these patterns were likely tumor intrinsic, suggesting that antigen presentation density can be modulated by chromosomal gains, and not just allelic loss, in HLA genes.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
123 Landscape analysis of the neoepitope-specific T cell responses in patients with and without clinical benefit from immune checkpoint blockade therapy
Cristina Puig Saus,Barbara Sennino,Songming Peng,Zheng Pan,Benjamin Yuen,Bhamini Purandare,Kyle Martin Jacoby,Olivier Dalmas,Duo An,Boi Quach,Cliff L Wang,Huiming Xia,Sameeha Jilani,Diana Nguyen,Kevin Shao,Claire McHugh,John P. Greer,Phillip J. Peabody,Saparya Nayak,Jonaathan Hoover,Sara S. Said,Susan P. Foy,Andrew Conroy,Michael Yi,Christine Shieh,William Lu,Katharine Heeringa,Yan Ma,Shahab Chizari,Melissa J Pilling,Marc Ting,Ramya H. Tunuguntla,Salemiz Sandoval,Robert Moot,Theresa Hunter,Sidi Zhao,Justin Saco,Ivan Perez-Garcilaso,Agustin Vega-Crespo,Ignacio Baselga,Gabriel Abril-Rodriguez,Grace Cherry,Deborah J.L. Wong,Jasreet Hundal,Bartosz Chmielowski,Daniel E. Speiser,Michael T. Bethune,Xiaoyan Bao,Alena Gros,Obi L. Griffith,Malachi Griffith,James Heath,Alex Franzusoff,Stefanie Mandl,Antoni Ribas +54 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors applied a newly developed technology to perform a landscape analysis of antitumor immune responses in patients by identifying the antigenic determinants recognized by T cells (termed neoepitopes).
