Journal ArticleDOI

Generation of 10- microJ coherent extreme-ultraviolet light by use of high-order harmonics.

TL;DR: The generation of 10-microJ coherent extreme-ultraviolet (XUV) light at wavelengths from 73.6 to 42.6 nm, using high-order harmonics is demonstrated, which is the highest value achieved with high- order harmonics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low-divergence coherent soft x-ray source at 13 nm by high-order harmonics

TL;DR: In this paper, a few tens of nanojoules of coherent soft x-ray pulses at a wavelength around 13 nm with high-order harmonics were generated for the characterization and inspection of an optical system for extreme-ultraviolet lithography.
Journal ArticleDOI

Visualizing Recurrently Migrating Hydrogen in Acetylene Dication by Intense Ultrashort Laser Pulses

TL;DR: It is shown that the migration proceeds in a recurrent manner: the deuterium atom first shifts from one carbon site to the other in a short time scale and then migrates back to the original carbon site by 280 fs, in competition with the molecular dissociation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multiphoton ionization of He by using intense high-order harmonics in the soft-x-ray region

TL;DR: In this article, the cross sections of the two-photon double ionization and above-threshold ionization in the soft-x-ray region were estimated based on the measured time-of-flight spectra for both ions and electrons obtained using intense soft x-ray pulses produced by high-order harmonics.
