Genetic Determinants of Response to Clopidogrel and Cardiovascular Events
Tabassome Simon,Céline Verstuyft,Murielle Mary-Krause,Lina Quteineh,Elodie Drouet,Nicolas Meneveau,P. Gabriel Steg,Jean Ferrières,Nicolas Danchin,Laurent Becquemont,Abstr Act +10 more
TL;DR: Among patients with an acute myocardial infarction who were receiving clopidogrel, those carrying CYP2C19 loss-of-function alleles had a higher rate of subsequent cardiovascular events than those who were not, particularly marked among the patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.
Journal ArticleDOI
French Registry on Acute ST-elevation and non ST-elevation Myocardial Infarction 2010. FAST-MI 2010
Michel Hanssen,Yves Cottin,Khalife Khalife,Laure Hammer,Patrick Goldstein,Etienne Puymirat,Geneviève Mulak,Elodie Drouet,Benoit Pace,Eric Schultz,Vincent Bataille,Jean Ferrières,Tabassome Simon,Nicolas Danchin,Fast-Mi investigators +14 more
TL;DR: The aim of FAST-MI 2010 was to gather data on characteristics, management and outcomes of patients hospitalised for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) at the end of 2010 in France and to provide national and regional data on AMI management every 5 years.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fecal microbiota transplantation to maintain remission in Crohn’s disease: a pilot randomized controlled study
Harry Sokol,Cécilia Landman,Philippe Seksik,Laurence Berard,Melissa Montil,Isabelle Nion-Larmurier,Anne Bourrier,Guillaume Le Gall,Valérie Lalande,Alexis de Rougemont,Julien Kirchgesner,Anne Daguenel,Marine Cachanado,Alexandra Rousseau,Elodie Drouet,Michelle Rosenzwajg,Hervé Hagege,Xavier Dray,David Klatzman,Philippe Marteau,Laurent Beaugerie,Tabassome Simon +21 more
TL;DR: Higher colonization by donor microbiota was associated with maintenance of remission and no safety signal was identified in this pilot study in adults with colonic or ileo-colonic CD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Clinical Events as a Function of Proton Pump Inhibitor Use, Clopidogrel Use, and Cytochrome P450 2C19 Genotype in a Large Nationwide Cohort of Acute Myocardial Infarction Results From the French Registry of Acute ST-Elevation and Non–ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (FAST-MI) Registry
Tabassome Simon,Philippe Gabriel Steg,Martine Gilard,Didier Blanchard,Laurent Bonello,Michel Hanssen,Hervé Lardoux,Pierre Coste,Thierry Lefèvre,Elodie Drouet,Geneviève Mulak,Vincent Bataille,Jean Ferrières,Céline Verstuyft,Nicolas Danchin +14 more
TL;DR: PPI use was not associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events or mortality in patients administered clopidogrel for recent MI, whatever the CYP2C19 genotype, although harm could not be formally excluded in patients with 2 loss-of-function alleles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impact of Type of Preadmission Sulfonylureas on Mortality and Cardiovascular Outcomes in Diabetic Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Marianne Zeller,Nicolas Danchin,Dominique Simon,Alec Vahanian,Luc Lorgis,Yves Cottin,Jacques Berland,Pascal Gueret,Pascal Wyart,Régis Deturck,Xavier Tabone,Jacques Machecourt,Florence Leclercq,Elodie Drouet,Geneviève Mulak,Vincent Bataille,Jean-Pierre Cambou,Jean Ferrières,Tabassome Simon +18 more
TL;DR: No hazard was associated with the use of SUs before the acute episode in this nationwide registry of patients hospitalized for acute MI, and patients previously receiving gliclazide/glimepiride had improved in-hospital outcomes, compared with those on glibenclamide.
