Richard R. Orlandi, +74 more
TL;DR: This dissertation aims to provide a history of Chinese medical practice in the United States from 1989 to 2002, a period chosen in order to explore its roots as well as specific cases up to and including the year in which descriptions of “modern China” began to circulate.
Journal ArticleDOI

The effect of bacterial biofilms on post-sinus surgical outcomes.

TL;DR: It is shown that bacterial biofilms and fungus were correlated with the persistence of postoperative symptoms and mucosal inflammation after sinus surgery for CRS, providing evidence that biofilmms indeed may play an active role in perpetuating inflammation in CRS patients and may explain the recurrent and resistant nature of this disease.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pre- and Postoperative Sinus Penetration of Nasal Irrigation†
