Journal ArticleDOI

A prognostic scoring system for patients with multiple hepatocellular carcinomas treated by hepatectomy.

TL;DR: The NDR scoring system was more accurate in selecting patients with multiple HCCs for hepatectomy and was also larger than the four conventional staging systems.
Journal ArticleDOI

Biomarkers for hepatocellular carcinoma based on body fluids and feces.

TL;DR: In this article, a review aimed to summarize recent advances in utilizing molecular biomarkers in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and discuss their clinical significance, as well as identifying more promising candidate biomarkers and therapeutic targets for diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring responses of HCC to conventional therapies.
Journal ArticleDOI

A novel scoring system predicts adjuvant chemolipiodolization benefit for hepatocellular carcinoma patients after hepatectomy

TL;DR: The proposed scoring system provides an effective tool for selecting the patients most likely to benefit from adjuvant chemolipiodolization after liver resection for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and optimally stratified patients into three prognostic subgroups with scores of 0–5, 6–9 and ≥ 10, having better, medium and worse survival outcomes, respectively.
