Experimental study of a gyrotron operated at the second gyrofrequency harmonic with the single-stage energy recovery
TL;DR: In this paper, a single-stage energy recovery in a gyrotron with an electrically insulated collector was used to obtain an output efficiency of 60%, which is record-breaking for gyrotrons operated at the second gyrofrequency harmonic.
