Mixed Diboration of Alkynes Catalyzed by LiOH: Regio- and Stereoselective Synthesis of cis-1,2-Diborylalkenes
TL;DR: A diboration of terminal alkynes with an unsymmetrical diboron reagent pinBBdan has been achieved using LiOH as the catalyst in the presence of stoichiometric amounts of MeOH, affording 1,2-diborylalkenes with different boryl groups.
Journal ArticleDOI
In silico prediction of chemical genotoxicity using machine learning methods and structural alerts
TL;DR: Ten structural fragments which can be used to assess the genotoxicity potential of a chemical were identified by using information gain and structural fragment frequency analysis and might be helpful for the initial screening of potential genotoxic compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
In silico prediction of chemical aquatic toxicity with chemical category approaches and substructural alerts
Lu Sun,Chen Zhang,Yingjie Chen,Xiao Li,Shulin Zhuang,Weihua Li,Guixia Liu,Philip W. Lee,Yun Tang +8 more
TL;DR: In silico models were developed for the prediction of chemical aquatic toxicity in different fish species, and information gain and ChemoTyper methods were used to identify toxic substructures, which could significantly correlate with chemical aquaticoxicity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Insights into the interactions between HIV-1 integrase and human LEDGF/p75 by molecular dynamics simulation and free energy calculation.
TL;DR: It could be suggested that residues Gln168, Glu170, and Thr174 in chain A of IN, Thr125, and Trp131 in chain B of IN as well as Ile365, Asp366, Phe406, and Val408 in LEDGF/p75 were responsible for their binding.
Journal ArticleDOI
Insights into the molecular mechanisms of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb-induced liver injury: a computational systems toxicology approach.
Yin-Yin Wang,Jie Li,Zengrui Wu,Bo Zhang,Hongbin Yang,Qin Wang,Yingchun Cai,Guixia Liu,Weihua Li,Yun Tang +9 more
TL;DR: The results from the pathway enrichment analysis suggest that multiple interactions between apoptosis and metabolism may underlie PmT-induced liver injury, which could be very helpful for understanding the mechanisms of HILI.
