Template-assisted synthesis of Sb8O10(OH)2I2 tubular crystals under hydrothermal conditions
Qing Yang,Kaibin Tang,Chunrui Wang,Fuping Li,Bin Hai,Guozhen Shen,Changhua An,Weichao Yu,Yitai Qian +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a mesoscale octaantimony decaoxide dihydroxide iodide (Sb 8 O 10 (OH) 2 I 2 ) tubular crystals have been successfully synthesized for the first time through a hydrothermal route from Sb 2 S 3, NaI and NaOH at 200°C.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reliable sensors based on graphene textile with negative resistance variation in three dimensions
Wen-Peng Han,Yi-Jun Wu,He Gong,Linxin Liu,Yan Junxiang,Yan Junxiang,Meng-Fei Li,Yun-Ze Long,Guozhen Shen +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, weft-knitted reduced graphene oxide (r-GO) textile that is made up of many conductive r-GO coated fibers was successfully prepared dependent on the electrospray deposition technique.
Journal ArticleDOI
A rapid route for the synthesis of submicron Se and Te rod-like crystals
TL;DR: In this article, submicron Se and Te rod-like crystals were successfully synthesized via a rapid polyol process by refluxing Na2EO3 (E Se, Te) and (NH3)2S2O3 in ethylene glycol at 180°C for 0.5h under vigorous stirring.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI
Growth of aligned SnS nanowire arrays for near infrared photodetectors
TL;DR: In this paper, an aligned SnS nanowires array was used to construct a light on/off ratio of 3.6, and the response and decay time of 4.5 and 0.7 s, respectively, to 1064 nm light illumination.
