Injectable and Biodegradable Supramolecular Hydrogels by Inclusion Complexation between Poly(organophosphazenes) and α-Cyclodextrin

TL;DR: In this paper, a supramolecular-structured hydrogel system based on the inclusion complex between the mPEG grafted polyphosphazenes and α-cyclodextrin was prepared in aqueous media.
Journal ArticleDOI

Poly(phosphazene−ethylene oxide) Di- and Triblock Copolymers as Solid Polymer Electrolytes

TL;DR: The synthesis of polyphosphazene-co-poly(ethylene oxide) block copolymers with well-defined molecular weights has been accomplished via end-functionalized polymer intermediates as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of poly(orgnaophosphazenes) with glycolic acid ester and lactic acid ester side groups: prototypes for new bioerodible polymers

TL;DR: In this paper, poly(dichlorophosphazene) was treated with a large excess of the appropriate sodium acid ester at 50°C to yield the fully-substituted polymer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of methanol crossover in proton-conducting polyphosphazene membranes

TL;DR: In this paper, a diffusion cell was developed to evaluate the methanol crossover for a novel class of polyphosphazene electrolyte membranes, and it was found that the diffusion coefficients of phenyl phosphonic acid functionalized poly[aryloxyphosphzene] membranes were ∼40 times lower than for Nafion 117.
