rTMS deserves a fair chance as a novel treatment for depression.
TL;DR: It is concluded that rTMS cannot be recommended as a first line treatment for depression and the authors seem to imply that indirectly computed CGI-I scores, based on HAMD ratings, are as valid as CGI- I scores made directly by an experienced clinician.
