Asymmetric Reversal in Inhomogeneous Magnetic Heterostructures
Zhi-Pan Li,Oleg Petracic,Oleg Petracic,Rafael Morales,Rafael Morales,Justin Olamit,Xavier Batlle,Xavier Batlle,Kai Liu,Ivan K. Schuller +9 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that the observed asymmetry originates from the intrinsic broken symmetry of the system, which results in local incomplete domain walls parallel to the interface in reversal to negative saturation of the FM.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spin waves in exchange-biased fe/fef2
Journal ArticleDOI
Structure and physical properties of sputtered metallic superlattices
TL;DR: The technique of preparing metallic superlattices by sputtering is described in this paper, where the results of a calculation of the energy distribution of sputtered atoms are described as a result of the results obtained from X-ray diffraction, ion mill Auger Electron Spectroscopy and Ion Mill Ion Scattering Spectroscopic Spectroscometry.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photoinduced superconductivity and structural changes in high temperature superconducting films
TL;DR: In this article, illumination of PryGd1−yBa2Cu3Ox semiconducting and superconducting thin films increases critical temperatures and decreases their normal state resistivities if and only if the films are oxygen deficient.
Journal ArticleDOI
Giant nonvolatile resistive switching in a Mott oxide and ferroelectric hybrid
TL;DR: A giant, nonvolatile resistive switching and strong modulation of the MIT temperature in a voltage-actuated V2O3/PMN-PT [Pb(Mg,Nb)O3-PbTiO3] heterostructure, an order of magnitude larger than ever encountered in any other similar systems.
