Electric dipole moments of atoms, molecules, nuclei, and particles
TL;DR: A recent review of the field of permanent electric dipole moment (EDM) analysis can be found in this article, where a broad overview of theoretical motivations and interpretations as well as details about experimental techniques, experiments, and prospects are discussed.

TL;DR: In this article, the parity-violating asymmetry in fixed target electron-electron (Moeller) scattering was measured at the Z{sup 0} pole, and the running of the weak mixing angle was observed with over 6σ significance, which sets constraints on new physics effects at the TeV scale.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improved limit on the Ra 225 electric dipole moment
M. Bishof,Richard Parker,Richard Parker,Kevin Bailey,John P. Greene,R. J. Holt,Mukut Kalita,Mukut Kalita,Wolfgang Korsch,N.D. Lemke,Zheng-Tian Lu,Zheng-Tian Lu,Peter Mueller,Thomas P. O'Connor,Jaideep Singh,Matthew Dietrich +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors report on the first of several experimental upgrades to improve the statistical sensitivity of their atomic electric dipole moments (EDM) measurements by orders of magnitude and evaluate systematic effects that contribute to current and future levels of experimental sensitivity.
