Dynamics of the Intratumoral Immune Response during Progression of High-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer
Mandy Stanske,Stephan Wienert,Dan Cacsire Castillo-Tong,Caroline Kreuzinger,Ignace Vergote,S. Lambrechts,Hani Gabra,Charlie Gourley,Ram N. Ganapathi,Ivonne Kolaschinski,Jan Budczies,Jalid Sehouli,Jalid Sehouli,Ilary Ruscito,Ilary Ruscito,Ilary Ruscito,Carsten Denkert,Hagen Kulbe,Wolfgang D. Schmitt,Korinna Jöhrens,Ioana Braicu,Ioana Braicu,Silvia Darb-Esfahani,Silvia Darb-Esfahani +23 more
TL;DR: The level of the antitumoral immune response in recurrent tumors was clearly dependent on the one in the primary tumor, and this is the first study that analyzed the development of TILs density and MHC expression in paired primary and recurrent HGSOC.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Non-interventional Clinical Trial Assessing Immune Responses After Radiofrequency Ablation of Liver Metastases From Colorectal Cancer.
Markus W. Löffler,Bianca Nussbaum,Günter Jäger,Philipp Jurmeister,Jan Budczies,Jan Budczies,Philippe L. Pereira,Stephan Clasen,Daniel J. Kowalewski,Lena Mühlenbruch,Lena Mühlenbruch,Ingmar Königsrainer,Stefan Beckert,Ruth Ladurner,Silvia Wagner,Florian Bullinger,Thorben Gross,Christopher Schroeder,Bence Sipos,Alfred Königsrainer,Alfred Königsrainer,Stefan Stevanovic,Stefan Stevanovic,Carsten Denkert,Carsten Denkert,Hans-Georg Rammensee,Hans-Georg Rammensee,Cécile Gouttefangeas,Cécile Gouttefangeas,Sebastian P. Haen +29 more
TL;DR: Using an individualized approach for target selection, RFA induced and/or boosted T cell responses specific for individual tumor antigens were more frequently detectable as compared to previously published observations with well-characterized tumor antIGens.
Journal ArticleDOI
The role of vascular CXCR4 expression in colorectal carcinoma.
Barbara Ingold,Stefan Schulz,Jan Budczies,Ulf Neumann,Matthias P.A. Ebert,Wilko Weichert,Christoph Röcken +6 more
TL;DR: Using a novel specific rabbit anti‐CX CR4 antibody, CXCR4 expression immunohistochemically on tissue microarrays generated from 402 colorectal cancers (CRCs) is assessed and compared with CXCL12 expression and various clinicopathological parameters.
Journal ArticleDOI
Prognostic significance of Ki-67 levels and hormone receptor expression in low-grade serous ovarian carcinoma: an investigation of the Tumor Bank Ovarian Cancer Network.
Jalid Sehouli,Elena Ioana Braicu,Rolf Richter,Carsten Denkert,Paul Jank,Philipp Jurmeister,Catarina Alisa Kunze,Jan Budczies,Sylvia Darb-Esfahani,Wolfgang D. Schmitt,Alexander Traut,Jacek P. Grabowski,Eliane T Taube,Helmut Plett +13 more
TL;DR: It is shown that Ki-67 is a valuable prognostic marker in the subgroup of LGSOC and that this expression is associated with a better PFS, a finding valuable in times of antihormonal therapy in L GSOC.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tumor-associated E-cadherin mutations do not induce Wnt target gene expression, but affect E-cadherin repressors.
Holger Laux,Raju Tomer,Michael T. Mader,Jan Smida,Jan Budczies,Roland Kappler,Heidi Hahn,Michaela Blöchinger,Udo Schnitzbauer,Friederike Eckardt-Schupp,Heinz Höfler,Karl-Friedrich Becker +11 more
TL;DR: E-cadherin mutations have no influence on expression of genes involved in Wnt-signaling, but they may promote their own expression by blocking upregulation of E-cADherin repressors.
