Journal ArticleDOI
Molecular cloning, sequencing and expression of the mRNA encoding human Cdx1 and Cdx2 homeobox. Down-regulation of Cdx1 and Cdx2 mRNA expression during colorectal carcinogenesis.
Gustavo V. Mallo,Hocine Rechreche,Jean-Marc Frigerio,Dominique Rocha,Alain Zweibaum,Michel Lacasa,Bertrand Jordan,Nelson Dusetti,Jean-Charles Dagorn,Juan L. Iovanna +9 more
TL;DR: It was concluded that decrease in human Cdx1 and/or Cdx2 expression is associated with colorectal tumorigenesis.
Journal ArticleDOI
A fast and cost-effective approach to develop and map EST-SSR markers: oak as a case study
Jerome Durand,Jerome Durand,Catherine Bodénès,Catherine Bodénès,Emilie Chancerel,Emilie Chancerel,Jean-Marc Frigerio,Jean-Marc Frigerio,Giovanni G. Vendramin,Federico Sebastiani,A. Buonamici,Oliver Gailing,Oliver Gailing,H.P. Koelewijn,Fiorella Villani,Claudia Mattioni,M. Cherubini,Pablo G. Goicoechea,Ana Herrán,Ziortza Ikaran,Cyril Cabane,Saneyoshi Ueno,Saneyoshi Ueno,Florian Alberto,Florian Alberto,Pierre-Yves Dumoulin,Pierre-Yves Dumoulin,Erwan Guichoux,Erwan Guichoux,Antoine de Daruvar,Antoine Kremer,Antoine Kremer,Christophe Plomion,Christophe Plomion +33 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the first step toward the construction of a gene-based linkage map of oak for quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping is described, as well as a fast and cost-effective approach (bin mapping) to assign these markers to an approximate map position.
Journal ArticleDOI
A next-generation sequencing approach to river biomonitoring using benthic diatoms
Lenaïg Kermarrec,Alain Franc,Alain Franc,Frédéric Rimet,Philippe Chaumeil,Philippe Chaumeil,Jean-Marc Frigerio,Jean-Marc Frigerio,Jean-François Humbert,Agnès Bouchez +9 more
TL;DR: A test of the reliability of 454 pyrosequencing for estimating diatom inventories in environmental samples found agreement between morphological and molecular inventories was better for species with relative abundance >1% than for rare species.
Journal ArticleDOI
Water-deficit-responsive proteins in maritime pine
TL;DR: Two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to identify drought-responsive proteins during progressive water deprivation of two-year old maritime pine seedlings and these proteins are quite diverse and are involved in photosynthesis, cell elongation, antioxidant metabolism and lignification.
Journal ArticleDOI
The proteome of maritime pine wood forming tissue.
Jean-Marc Gion,Céline Lalanne,Grégoire Le Provost,Hélène Ferry-Dumazet,Jorge A. P. Paiva,Phillipe Chaumeil,Jean-Marc Frigerio,Jean Brach,Aurélien Barré,Antoine de Daruvar,Stéphane Claverol,Marc Bonneu,Nicolas Sommerer,Luc Negroni,Christophe Plomion +14 more
TL;DR: The aim of this work was to describe the main proteins expressed in wood forming tissue of a conifer species (Pinus pinaster Ait.), using high resolution 2‐DE with linear pH gradient ranging from 4 to 7, a total of 1039 spots detected.
