Quantitative assessment of atmospheric emissions of toxic heavy metals from anthropogenic sources in China: historical trend, spatial distribution, uncertainties, and control policies
Hezhong Tian,Chuanyong Zhu,Jiajia Gao,Ke Cheng,Ke Cheng,Jian Hao,Kaicun Wang,Shenbing Hua,Yongyan Wang,Junrui Zhou +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors established the multi-year comprehensive atmospheric emission inventories of 12 typical toxic heavy metals (Hg, As, Se, Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni, Sb, Mn, Co, Cu, and Zn) from primary anthropogenic activities in China for the period of 1949-2012 for the first time.
Journal ArticleDOI
NO x emissions in China: historical trends and future perspectives
Bin Zhao,Shuxiao Wang,Hongyan Liu,J. Y. Xu,K. Fu,Zbigniew Klimont,Jian Hao,K. B. He,Janusz Cofala,Markus Amann +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors estimated the historical NOx emissions in China for the period 1995-2010, and calculated future NOx emission every five years until 2030 under six emission scenarios.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nanoscale Chiral Rod-like Molecular Triads Assembled from Achiral Polyoxometalates
TL;DR: The assembly of two achiral POMs of Lindqvist and Anderson through strong covalent linkages, using bifunctional TRIS with a rotatable C-N single bond gives two nanoscale rod-like chiral molecular triads with C(2) symmetry, which may have potential applications in asymmetric catalysis, NLO, and ferroelectric materials.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nitrogen-Doped Porous Molybdenum Carbide and Phosphide Hybrids on a Carbon Matrix as Highly Effective Electrocatalysts for the Hydrogen Evolution Reaction
TL;DR: In this article, a novel organoimido-derivatized heteropolyoxometalate, Mo4-CNP, is designed as a precursor for electrocatalysts of the HER.
