A Reconfigurable, Pulse-shaping Potentiometric Readout System for Bio-Sensing Transistors
Shao-Yung Lu,Siang-Sin Shan,Jiancheng Yang,Chin-Wei Chang,Fan Ren,Jenshan Lin,Stephen J. Pearton,Yu-Te Liao +7 more
TL;DR: A new multi-modality readout system for potentiometric electrochemical sensors that adopts a pulse modulation at the gate and drain of the Bio-FET sensors to reduce the effects of charge accumulation between the surface of the electrodes and the ion analytes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fast cerebrospinal fluid detection using inexpensive modular packaging with disposable testing strips
Patrick H. Carey,Jiancheng Yang,Fan Ren,Yu-Te Liao,Chin Wei Chang,Jenshan Lin,Stephen J. Pearton,Brian C. Lobo,Marino E. Leon +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented a survey of the departments of the University of Florida's Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Department of Otolaryngology, College of Medicine.
Journal ArticleDOI
Deep traps and persistent photocapacitance in β-(Al0.14 Ga0.86)2O3/Ga2O3 heterojunctions
Alexander Y. Polyakov,N. B. Smirnov,I. V. Schemerov,A. V. Chernykh,Eugene B. Yakimov,Eugene B. Yakimov,A. I. Kochkova,Jiancheng Yang,Chaker Fares,Fan Ren,Stephen J. Pearton +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of persistent photocapacitance (PPC) was observed in β-(Al 0.14Ga0.86)2O3/n+Ga 2O3 heterojunctions at low temperatures, and the effect was seen in capacitance-frequency measurements under illumination and in admittance spectra after illumination.
