Journal ArticleDOI
Zc3h13 Regulates Nuclear RNA m6A Methylation and Mouse Embryonic Stem Cell Self-Renewal.
Jing Wen,Ruitu Lv,Honghui Ma,Hongjie Shen,Chenxi He,Jiahua Wang,Fangfang Jiao,Hang Liu,Pengyuan Yang,Li Tan,Fei Lan,Yujiang Geno Shi,Yujiang Geno Shi,Chuan He,Chuan He,Yang Shi,Jianbo Diao +16 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that Zc3h13 plays a critical role in anchoring WTAP, Virilizer, and Hakai in the nucleus to facilitate m6A methylation and to regulate mESC self-renewal.
Journal ArticleDOI
METTL3 regulates heterochromatin in mouse embryonic stem cells
Wenqi Xu,Jiahui Li,Chenxi He,Jing Wen,Honghui Ma,Bowen Rong,Jianbo Diao,Liyong Wang,Jiahua Wang,Feizhen Wu,Li Tan,Yujiang Geno Shi,Yang Shi,Hongjie Shen +13 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that METTL3-catalysed m6A modification of RNA is important for the integrity of IAP heterochromatin in mouse embryonic stem cells, revealing a mechanism of heterochromeatin regulation in mammals.
