Synthesis and Characterization of a Phosphaalkyne-Bridged Pentairon Carbonyl Cluster. Crystal and Molecular Structure of [{Fe3Se2(CO)8}(.mu.-PCBut){Fe2Se(CO)6}]
Journal ArticleDOI
Syntheses and Theoretical and Mechanistic Aspects of 1-Thia-2,4- and 1-Thia-3,4-diphosphole Formed from CS2 and tBuCP and Crystal and Molecular Structure of the First 1-Thia-3,4-diphosphole Complex: cis-[{PtCl2(PEt3)}2(P2SC2tBu2)]
† Sarah E. d'Arbeloff-Wilson,Peter B. Hitchcock,Steffen Krill,John F. Nixon,László Nyulászi, ,‡,§ and,Manfred Regitz +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a 1-thia-3,4-diphosphole ring was characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure determination of its bis(platinum(II)) complex (PtCl2PEt3)2(μ-P2SC2tBu2).
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and structural characterisation of the first hexaphosphastrontocene [Sr(η5-P3C2But2)2] and its pyrazine adduct
TL;DR: In this paper, the Lewis base adduct was treated with an excess of pyrazine, and the result was polymeric in the solid state, which is also polymeric with respect to the Lewis bases.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of a mononuclear 2(4e)-bonded phosphaalkyne complex, transformation into an 4-1,3-diphosphacyciobutadiene complex
TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis of the first mononuclear η2(4e)-bonded phosphaalkyne complex is described, the 31P and 13C NMR spectra showing the expected low field contact resonances; reaction of 1 with a molecule of ButCP leads to the formation of an η4-1,3-diphosphacyclobutadiene complex.
