Journal ArticleDOI

Single-Crystalline Si STacked ARray (STAR) NAND Flash Memory

TL;DR: In this paper, a 3D NAND flash memory array with multiple single-crystal Si nanowires is investigated, where the array structure and fabrication process are described, including the electrical isolation of stacked nanwires.
Journal ArticleDOI

Self-Aligned Dual-Gate Single-Electron Transistors

TL;DR: In this paper, a dual-gate single-electron transistor (DG-SET) was fabricated using a self-aligned process to resolve the inherent parasitic elements and its fabrication process was divergent from conventional CMOS.
Journal ArticleDOI

Simulation of Gate-All-Around Tunnel Field-Effect Transistor with an n-Doped Layer

TL;DR: By introducing the n-doped layer at the source junction, band-to-band tunneling area is increased and tunneling barrier width is decreased and electric field induced by gate bias is increased by the surrounding gate structure, which makes it possible to obtain a more abrupt band-bending.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication and Characteristics of Self-Aligned Dual-Gate Single-Electron Transistors

TL;DR: In this article, single-electron transistors with electrical tunneling barriers are fabricated, and Coulomb oscillation peaks and negative differential transconductance are observed at room temperature (300 K).

Single-Crystalline Si STacked ARray (STAR)

TL;DR: In this paper, a 3D NAND flash memory array with multiple single-crystal Si nanowires is investigated, and the array structure and fabrication process are described, including the electrical isolation of stacked bit lines.
