Prospective Assessment of a Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Risk Score in a Population Undergoing Screening
Geng-Hang Chen,Zhiwei Liu,Mingfang Ji,Ruth M. Pfeiffer,Qi-Hong Huang,Yu-Qiang Lu,Shang-Hang Xie,Chu-Yang Lin,Wen-Jie Chen,Xiao-Xia Chen,Wei Ling,Yu-Ying Fan,Xia Yu,Biaohua Wu,Kuangrong Wei,Hui-Lian Rao,Xiang Guo,Ming-Huang Hong,Jun Ma,Qing Liu,Allan Hildesheim,Su-Mei Cao +21 more
TL;DR: An EBV‐based NPC risk score in an endemic population undergoing screening for NPC was validated and the discriminatory accuracy of a previously developed EBV score in a high‐risk population was externally validated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Causal relationship between genetically predicted depression and cancer risk: a two-sample bi-directional mendelian randomization
Guang-Li Zhu,Cheng Xu,Kai-bin Yang,Si-Qi Tang,Ling Long Tang,Li Chen,Wen-Fei Li,Yan Ping Mao,Jun Ma +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a two-sample bi-directional mendelian randomization with the publicly available GWAS summary statistics was performed to investigate the causal relationship between the genetically predicted depression and the risk of multiple types of cancers.
Journal Article
Catalytic ozonation of trace nitrobenzene in water by iron hydroxide
TL;DR: The iron hydroxide showed high catalytic activity on ozonation of NB with removal rate of NB dissolved in distilled water increased by 44.8% at reaction time of 20min, and an optimal catalyst dosage of 100mg/L existed.
Journal Article
Valganciclovir for pre-emptive therapy of cytomegalovirus viraemia after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: a prospective multi-center trial.
Kai-Yan Liu,Yu Wang,Mingzhe Han,He Huang,Hu Chen,Qifa Liu,Jianmin Wang,Ting Liu,Yongping Song,Jun Ma,Depei Wu,Ping Zou,Xiao-Jun Huang +12 more
TL;DR: Pre-emptive therapy of CMV viraemia with oral VGC is safe and effective in allogeneic HSCT.
Journal ArticleDOI
Compressive sensing-enhanced feature selection and its application in travel mode choice prediction
TL;DR: A novel feature selection algorithm based on the compressive sensing model, in which candidate features are arranged as a basic dictionary, which outperforms state-of-the-art methods via selecting less number of features and achieving the satisfactory classification performance simultaneously.
