High temperature corrosion behaviour of a gradient NiCoCrAlYSi coating I: Microstructure evolution
TL;DR: In this paper, a gradient NiCoCrAlYSi coating was prepared by a combined method of arc ion plating and subsequent diffusion treatment, and the microstructure of the gradient coating was investigated in the as-annealed condition and after oxidation at 1000 degrees C.
Journal ArticleDOI
WTAP-mediated m6A modification of lncRNA DIAPH1-AS1 enhances its stability to facilitate nasopharyngeal carcinoma growth and metastasis
Zhi-Xuan Li,Zi-Qi Zheng,Pau Chyu Yang,Li Li,Guan-Qun Zhou,Jia-Wei Lv,Lu-Lu Zhang,Ying-Qin Li,Chen-Fei Wu,Feng Li,Jun Ma,Na Liu,Ying Sun +12 more
TL;DR: It is shown that Wilms' tumor 1-associating protein (WTAP) expression was apparently upregulated in NPC, and increased WTAP was associated with poor prognosis, and WTAP-mediated DIAPH1-AS1 m6A methylation is required for NPC tumorigenesis and metastasis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quality of life of nasopharyngeal carcinoma survivors in Mainland China.
TL;DR: It is concluded that NPC survivors had worse QoL than the normal population and improving radiotherapy might increase physical and functional domain ofQoL.
Journal ArticleDOI
Integrating postradiotherapy plasma Epstein–Barr virus DNA and TNM stage for risk stratification of nasopharyngeal carcinoma to adjuvant therapy
Edwin P. Hui,W.F. Li,Brigette B.Y. Ma,W.K.J. Lam,K.C.A. Chan,Frankie Kf Mo,Qi-Yong Ai,Ann D. King,C.H. Wong,R. Guo,D.M. Poon,Macy Tong,Leung Li,Thomas K.H. Lau,Kenneth C.W. Wong,Daisy Cm Lam,Yuk Ming Dennis Lo,Jun Ma,Anthony T.C. Chan +18 more
TL;DR: Combining post-radiotherapy EBV DNA and TNM stage improved risk stratification in NPC using recursive-partitioning analysis (RPA) to classify patients into groups of low-, intermediate- and high-risk of death.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparison of N-nitrosodiethylamine degradation in water by UV irradiation and UV/O3: efficiency, product and mechanism.
TL;DR: Results showed that NDEA removal efficiency achieved 99% within 15 min by both UV and UV/O(3) process, and degradation reaction well followed pseudo-first-order kinetics.
