Journal ArticleDOI

The Prognostic Value of Plasma Epstein-Barr Viral DNA and Tumor Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Advanced-Stage Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

TL;DR: Findings will facilitate further risk stratification, early treatment modification, or both before CCRT and serve as predictors of poor prognosis for patients with advanced-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hydroxylamine enhanced degradation of naproxen in Cu2+ activated peroxymonosulfate system at acidic condition: Efficiency, mechanisms and pathway

TL;DR: In this paper, the degradation efficiency of naproxen (NPX) in Cu2+/HAm/PMS system was investigated for the first time, and it was found that HAm could accelerate the redox cycle of Cu2/Cu+, leading to an enhancement on NPX degradation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Implication of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on polymer/graphene composites

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed elastomer/graphene platelet/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) (3-phase) composites, where MWCNTs were fixed at 2.8 volumetric percolation threshold of electrical conductivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Understanding the role of manganese dioxide in the oxidation of phenolic compounds by aqueous permanganate.

TL;DR: The results clearly rule out the role of MnO2 as a mild co-oxidant and suggest a potential catalytic effect on Mn(VII) oxidation of phenolic compounds regardless of their susceptibility to oxidation by MnO1.
