Journal ArticleDOI

Retrospective detection and phylogenetic analysis of swine acute diarrhoea syndrome coronavirus in pigs in southern China.

TL;DR: It is suggested that SADS‐CoV has emerged in China at least since August 2016 and the epidemiological information of this new virus in China is provided, which highlights the urgency to develop effective measures to control SADS-CoV.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phylogenetic and Genome Analysis of 17 Novel Senecavirus A Isolates in Guangdong Province, 2017.

TL;DR: This is the first comprehensive study of phylogenetic analysis for all available Chinese SVA strains, indicating the appearance of a new type of SVA strain and the complicated circulations with at least five different types of S VA strains in pigs in China.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sorbitol induces flower bud formation via the MADS-box transcription factor EjCAL in loquat.

TL;DR: In this paper , the MADS-box transcription factor (TF) family gene, EjCAL, was found to be associated with the formation of loquat plants.
Journal ArticleDOI

Construction of an Antibiotic-Free Vector and its Application in the Metabolic Engineering of Escherichia Coli for Polyhydroxybutyrate Production

TL;DR: An antibiotic- and inducer-free culture condition was proposed for polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) production in recombinant Escherichia coli and an efficient E. coli ρ factor-independent terminator was inserted between the phaCAB operon and the hok/sok system to avoid possible transcriptional carry-over.
