Journal ArticleDOI

Ternary Organic Solar Cells with Efficiency >16.5% Based on Two Compatible Nonfullerene Acceptors.

TL;DR: It is found that incorporation of 15% 3TP3T-4F into the PM6:Y6 blend results in facilitating exciton dissociation, increasing charge transport, and reducing trap-assisted recombination, which is responsible for the enlarged PCE.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solution-Processed Organic Solar Cells with High Open-Circuit Voltage of 1.3 V and Low Non-Radiative Voltage Loss of 0.16 V.

TL;DR: OSCs fabricated by adopting two pairs of D-π-A polymers as electron donors and a wide-bandgap molecule BTA3 as the electron acceptor are thought to represent the best values for solution-processed OSCs reported in the literature so far.
Journal ArticleDOI

Regulating the vertical phase distribution by fullerene-derivative in high performance ternary organic solar cells

TL;DR: In order to achieve favorable vertical phase distribution in OSCs based on poly(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl)thiophen-2-yl)benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene), a phenyl-C71-butyric acid-methyl ester (PC71BM) was incorporated into the binary system to fabricate ternary OSC.
