TL;DR: The results demonstrate that exercise intensity during small-sided soccer games can be manipulated by varying the exercise type, the field dimensions, and whether there is any coach encouragement.

Improvement of cognitive function by mental and/or individualized aerobic training in healthy elderly subjects.
TL;DR: It is concluded that the specific aerobic training and mental training used in this study could induce the same degree of improvement in cognitive function and that combined training seemed to lead to greater effects than either technique alone.
