TL;DR: A focused investigation of the abundance, chromosomal distribution, and mutation spectra of the four strand-specific homopolymer types (A, T, G, C) ≥8 bp in the genome of Caenorhabditis elegans reveals distinct clusters of homopolymers density in autosome arms that are regions of high recombination in C. elegans.

Efficient tumor killing and minimal cytokine release with novel T-cell agonist bispecific antibodies.

TL;DR: This work identifies new anti-CD3 antibodies from humanized rats that bind to multiple epitopes and elicit varying levels of T-cell activation, and underpins a next-generation T-BsAb platform in which potent cytotoxicity is uncoupled from high levels of cytokine release, which may lead to a wider therapeutic window in the clinic.

Multispecific Antibody Development Platform Based on Human Heavy Chain Antibodies.
