Cbfa1, a Candidate Gene for Cleidocranial Dysplasia Syndrome, Is Essential for Osteoblast Differentiation and Bone Development
Florian Otto,Anders P Thornell,Tessa Crompton,Angela Denzel,Kimberly C Gilmour,Ian R Rosewell,Gordon Stamp,Rosa S.P Beddington,Stefan Mundlos,Bjorn R. Olsen,Paul B. Selby,Michael John Owen +11 more
TL;DR: The Cbfa1 gene is essential for osteoblast differentiation and bone formation, and the C bfa1 heterozygous mouse is a paradigm for a human skeletal disorder.
Journal ArticleDOI
The MAP Kinase Pathway Controls Differentiation from Double-Negative to Double-Positive Thymocyte
TL;DR: It is shown that the MAP kinase cascade is a regulator of the differentiation of immature thymocytes from double-negative to double-positive cell, most probably acting as a transducer of pre-T cell receptor signaling.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quantitative, multiplexed, targeted proteomics for ascertaining variant specific SARS-CoV-2 antibody response
Ivan Doykov,Justyna Śpiewak,Kimberly C Gilmour,Joseph Gibbons,Corinna Pade,Áine McKnight,Mahdad Noursadeghi,Mala K. Maini,Charlotte Manisty,Thomas A. Treibel,Gabriella Captur,Marianna Fontana,Rosemary J. Boyton,Daniel M. Altmann,Tim Brooks,Amanda Semper,James C. Moon,Kevin Mills,Wendy E. Heywood +18 more
TL;DR: In this article , an informative ELISA-based serology using multiplexed, baited, targeted proteomics for direct detection of multiple proteins in the SARS-CoV-2 anti-spike antibody immunocomplex was devised.
