Journal ArticleDOI

Innate immunity in multiple sclerosis white matter lesions: expression of natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1 (NCR1).

TL;DR: The data presented here show very limited expression of NCR1+ NK cells in MS lesions, the majority ofNCR1 expression being accounted for by expression on astrocytes, compatible with a role of this cell-type and NCR 1 ligand/receptor interactions in the innate immune response in the CNS in MS patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

SARS-CoV-2 T cell immunity: Specificity, function, durability, and role in protection.

TL;DR: In efforts to synthesize a clear understanding of SARS-CoV-2 protective immunity, antibody analysis has been paralleled by T cell studies across asymptomatic, mild and severe COVID-19.
