Journal ArticleDOI
A role for IL-25 and IL-33-driven type-2 innate lymphoid cells in atopic dermatitis.
Maryam Salimi,Jillian L. Barlow,Sean P. Saunders,Luzheng Xue,Danuta Gutowska-Owsiak,Xinwen Wang,Li-Chieh Huang,David Johnson,Seth T. Scanlon,Andrew N. J. McKenzie,Padraic G. Fallon,Padraic G. Fallon,Graham S. Ogg +12 more
TL;DR: Type 2 innate lymphoid cells promote skin inflammation in mice and men, in part by producing IL-5 and IL-13 in response to IL-33.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cellular and Cytokine Correlates of Severe Dengue Infection
Gathsaurie Neelika Malavige,Li-Chieh Huang,Maryam Salimi,Laksiri Gomes,S D Jayaratne,Graham S. Ogg,Graham S. Ogg +6 more
TL;DR: It is found that whilst patients with severe dengue had lower total T cell numbers, the DV-NS3 specific T cells persisted and produced high levels of IFNγ but not TNFα,IL-3, IL-13, Il-2, IL,10 or IL-17.
Journal ArticleDOI
Linking genotype to phenotype on beads: high throughput selection of peptides with biological function
Li-Chieh Huang,Xiaoyan Pan,Hongbing Yang,Lai Kin Derek Wan,Guillaume Stewart-Jones,Lucy Dorrell,Graham S. Ogg +6 more
TL;DR: Using human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) gp120 as a target, peptides that inhibit HIV-1 replication in vitro through blocking of protein:protein interaction with the co-receptor CCR5 are identified.
Patent
Identification of ligands and their use
TL;DR: In this paper, a method to identify a peptide and its encoding DNA, wherein the peptide binds to a T-cell receptor and/or an NK-cell or NKT-cell, was proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Combinatorial HLA-peptide bead libraries for high throughput identification of CD8+ T cell specificity
Xiaoyan Pan,Li-Chieh Huang,Tao Dong,Yanchun Peng,Vincenzo Cerundolo,Simon J. McGowan,Graham S. Ogg +6 more
TL;DR: HLA bead display provides a novel approach to identify the specificity of T cells using emulsion PCR and emulsion in vitro transcription/translation of a random library of peptides conjugated to CD8-null HLA-A*0201 on beads.
