TL;DR: In this article, a heat spreader with phase change material (PCM) is described and its basic thermal characteristics are evaluated, which is a kind of pin-fin radiator, but instead if pins the thin wall pipes of small diameter form a heat transfer surface.

Experimental investigation of thermoelectric generator (TEG) with PCM module
TL;DR: In this article, phase change material (PCM) absorbs heat during its melting, thus stabilizing temperature of the cool side of TEG, and the results confirmed the potential of the application of phase change materials as a cooling/heating media in TEGs.
