Formation and characterisation of MoSe2 for Cu(In,Ga)Se2 based solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction kinetics of MoSe2 formation were investigated by selenizing Mo layers in Se vapor at different temperatures and for different durations, and it was found that in all samples, a homogeneous MoSe 2 layer is formed on top of the Mo layer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Status report of the PSI/ETH AMS facility

TL;DR: The technical and operational details of the Zurich AMS system are discussed and an overview of new developments which have improved efficiency, sensitivity and accuracy of the measurements is given as discussed by the authors, but the numerous applications associated with these measurements will not be covered.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pulse enhanced electron emission (P3e™) arc evaporation and the synthesis of wear resistant Al–Cr–O coatings in corundum structure

TL;DR: P3e (TM) is a new approach in PVD technology for the deposition of metal oxides as mentioned in this paper, which is dedicated to the formation of alumina-based and other metallic oxide layers and comprises high current pulse technique for arc sources.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stability aspects in CdTe/CdS solar cells

TL;DR: In this article, a non-destructive method to assess the stability issue of CdTe/CdS solar cells is presented. And the effects of meta-stability and the capability to recover from degradation by defect relaxation are shown.
