Polymer-Sorted Semiconducting Carbon Nanotube Networks for High-Performance Ambipolar Field-Effect Transistors

TL;DR: Combining dense semiconducting SWNT networks deposited from an enriched SWNT dispersion with a polymer/metal-oxide hybrid dielectric enables transistors with balanced ambipolar, contact resistance-corrected mobilities of up to 50 cm2·V–1·s–1, low ohmic contact resistance, steep subthreshold swings and high on/off ratios even for short channel lengths.
Journal ArticleDOI

Carbon nanotube network ambipolar field-effect transistors with 10(8) on/off ratio.

TL;DR: Polymer wrapping is a highly effective method of selecting semiconducting carbon nanotubes and dispersing them in solution, leading to a record on/off ratio of 10(8) .
Journal ArticleDOI

Novel, Metal-Free, Superacid-Catalyzed “Click” Reactions of Isatins with Linear, Nonactivated, Multiring Aromatic Hydrocarbons

TL;DR: In this article, a series of linear, high-molecular-weight polymers were synthesized by one-pot, metal-free superacid-catalyzed reaction of isatins (1a−d) with linear, nonactivated, multiring aromatic hydrocarbons: biphenyl (A), pterphenyl (B), p-quaterphenyl(C), 2-(4-biphenylyl)-6-phenylbenzoxazole (D), 9H-fluorene (E), 9,9-dim
