TL;DR: In this paper, a double-peaked outburst of an accreting milli-second X-ray pulsar (AMXP), IGR J00291+5934, underwent an outburst lasting ∼100 days, the first since its discovery in 2004.

Anatomy of outbursts and quiescent activity of Comet 29P/Schwassmann-Wachmann
Richard Miles,G. Faillace,Stefano Mottola,Herbert Raab,Paul Roche,Jean-François Soulier,A. Watkins +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, a detailed morphological and photometric characterisation of Comet 29P in the optical region is presented comprising: (a) multi-filter observations of the outburst coma in 2010-2012 with the 2.0m Faulkes Telescopes (FT); (b) high-cadence, high-precision photometry in May-September 2014; and (c) HST observations in March 1996 (WFPC2/F702W filter).

A long-term optical-X-ray correlation in 4U 1957+11
David M. Russell,Fraser Lewis,Fraser Lewis,Fraser Lewis,Paul Roche,Paul Roche,Paul Roche,J. S. Clark,Elmé Breedt,Rob Fender +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, three years of optical monitoring of the low-mass X-ray binary (LMXB) 4U 1957+11 is presented, where the light curve is dominated by long-term variations which are correlated (at the >3σ level) with the soft Xray flux from the All Sky Monitor on board the Rossi X-Ray Timing Explorer, and the authors find no evidence for periodicities in their light curves, contrary to a previous short-time-scale optical study in which the flux varied on a 9.3-h sinusoidal
