Journal ArticleDOI

One-pot synthesis of hexahydroquinolines Via a four-component cyclocondensation under microwave irradiation in solvent free conditions: A green chemistry strategy

TL;DR: In this article, four-component cyclocondensation of aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, dimedone and ammonium acetate proceeds under microwave irradiation in solvent free conditions to give highly functionalized hexahydroquinolines.
Journal ArticleDOI

Green and high efficient synthesis of triaza‐benzo[b]fluoren‐6‐one derivatives in water under microwave irradiation

TL;DR: Triaza-benzo[b]fluoren-6-one derivatives were synthesized via the three-component reaction of aldehyde, cyclohexane-1,3-dione compound and 2-aminobenzimidazole in water under microwave irradiation as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

A green and efficient synthesis of furo[3,4-e]pyrazolo[3,4-b]-pyridine derivatives in water under microwave irradiation without catalyst

TL;DR: In this article, a series of furo[3,4-e]pyrazolo[ 3,4b]pyridine analogues of podophylloxin were synthesized via three-component reactions of aldehydes, 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine and tetronic acid in water under microwave irradiation without catalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design and synthesis of new and significative bifunctional compounds containing two pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine nucleis through multicomponent reaction under microwave irradiation

TL;DR: A series of bifunctional compounds containing two pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine moieties has been synthesized through a rapid one-pot three-component reaction of dialdehyde, 5-amino-3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazole and active methylene compounds in glycol under microwave irradiation without catalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI

One-pot synthesis of novel N-cyclopropyldecahydroacridine-1,8-dione derivatives under microwave irradiation

TL;DR: A series of new N-cyclopropyldecahydroacridine derivatives were synthesized by one-pot reaction of aromatic aldehyde, dimedone (or 1,3-cyclohexanedione) and cyclopropanamine in solution of glycol and water under microwave irradiation with excellent yields (78-94%) and short reaction time (5-10 min) as mentioned in this paper.
