Journal ArticleDOI

Hybrid carbon based nanomaterials for electrochemical detection of biomolecules

TL;DR: In this article, a review of the available data on the structural, chemical and electrochemical properties of hybrid carbon nanomaterials is presented, showing that the data is scattered, often inconsistent and even contradictory.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrochemical Fouling of Dopamine and Recovery of Carbon Electrodes

TL;DR: It is shown that heterogeneous modification of carbon electrodes with carboxyl-amine functionalities offers protection against formation of an insulating polydopamine layer, while retaining the ability to detect DA.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and Electrochemical Impacts of Mg/Mn Dual Dopants on the LiNiO2 Cathode in Li-Metal Batteries.

TL;DR: The data demonstrate that the dual dopants can, to some degree, mitigate the irreversibility and improve the cycling stability of LiNiO2, but more efforts are needed to eliminate the key challenges of these materials for battery operation in the conventional carbonate electrolyte.
