TL;DR: HSCT in patients with CVID was beneficial in most surviving patients; however, there was a high mortality associated with the procedure, so this therapeutic approach should only be considered in carefully selected patients in whom there has been extensive characterization of the immunologic and/or genetic defect underlying the CVID diagnosis.

TL;DR: An excellent outcome after allo-HCT in CGD is reported, with low incidence of graft failure and mortality in all ages, and Transplant should be strongly considered at a younger age and particularly in the presence of a well-matched donor.

TL;DR: It is suggested that A1298C gene, but not C677T polymorphism is associated with MTX-related toxicity, and these genotypes did not seem to cause toxicity.
