Journal ArticleDOI

A comprehensive review of zno materials and devices

TL;DR: The semiconductor ZnO has gained substantial interest in the research community in part because of its large exciton binding energy (60meV) which could lead to lasing action based on exciton recombination even above room temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Excitonic fine structure and recombination dynamics in single-crystalline ZnO

TL;DR: In this paper, the optical properties of a high quality bulk ZnO, thermally post treated in a forming gas environment are investigated by temperature dependent continuous wave and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI

Photoresponse of n-ZnO∕p-SiC heterojunction diodes grown by plasma-assisted molecular-beam epitaxy

TL;DR: In this article, high quality n-ZnO films on commercial p-type 6H-SiC substrates have been grown by plasma-assisted molecular-beam epitaxy, and n- ZnO∕p-SiCs heterojunction mesa structures have been fabricated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Nb doping on structural, electrical and optical properties of spray deposited SnO2 thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, Nb doped SnO2 transparent conducting thin films were deposited by spray pyrolysis method and examined as a function of niobium (Nb) doping, in the range from 1.0% to 4.0%.
Journal ArticleDOI

Investigation of structural and optical properties of ZnO films co-doped with fluorine and indium

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of co-doping of F and In on structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films were investigated and it was shown that the films have polycrystalline nature and the (0, 0, 2) preferred orientation is the stronger peak.
