TL;DR: expression of the lncRNA Cancer Susceptibility 15 (CASC15) was significantly inversely correlated with myeloid differentiation and highly enriched in myeloblasts, which suggests a role in maintaining stem cell features such as an immature phenotype and/or self-renewal.
