TL;DR: Recurrent somatic mutations affecting the polycomb-group oncogene EZH2, which encodes a histone methyltransferase responsible for trimethylating Lys27 of histone H3 (H3K27), are reported, consistent with the notion that EZh2 proteins with mutant Tyr641 have reduced enzymatic activity in vitro.

TL;DR: Mouse haematopoietic stem cells undergo a postnatal transition in several properties, including a marked reduction in their self-renewal activity, and it is shown that the developmentally timed change in this key function of HSCs is associated with their decreased expression of Lin28b and an accompanying increase in their let-7 microRNA levels.

TL;DR: Findings indicate that the synergism of T cells and sorafenib is mediated via reduced ATF4 expression, causing activation of the IRF7–IL-15 axis in leukemia cells and thereby leading to metabolic reprogramming of leukemia-reactive T cells in humans.
