Journal ArticleDOI
Neurologic manifestations in primary Sjögren syndrome: a study of 82 patients.
S. Delalande,Jérôme De Seze,Anne-Laure Fauchais,Eric Hachulla,Tanya Stojkovic,Didier Ferriby,Sylvain Dubucquoi,Jean-Pierre Pruvo,Patrick Vermersch,Pierre-Yves Hatron +9 more
TL;DR: The frequency of neurologic manifestations revealing SS and of negative biologic features, especially in the event of CNS involvement, could explain why SS is frequently misdiagnosed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term observational study of sporadic inclusion body myositis
Olivier Benveniste,Marguerite Guiguet,Jane Freebody,Odile Dubourg,Waney Squier,Thierry Maisonobe,Tanya Stojkovic,Maria Isabel Leite,Yves Allenbach,Serge Herson,Stefen Brady,Bruno Eymard,David Hilton-Jones +12 more
TL;DR: It is confirmed that sporadic inclusion body myositis is slowly progressive but not lethal and that immunosuppressive treatments do not ameliorate its natural course, thus confirming findings from smaller studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated patients who had a novel recessive disorder of glycosylation, with a range of clinical manifestations that included hepatopathy, bifid uvula, malignant hyperthermia, hypogonadotropic hypogono-morphosis, growth retardation, hypoglycemia, myopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, and cardiac arrest.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mutations of the FHL1 Gene Cause Emery-Dreifuss Muscular Dystrophy
Lucie Gueneau,Lucie Gueneau,Anne Bertrand,Anne Bertrand,Jean-Philippe Jais,Mustafa A. Salih,Tanya Stojkovic,Tanya Stojkovic,Manfred Wehnert,Maria Hoeltzenbein,Simone Spuler,Shinji Saitoh,Annie Verschueren,Christine Tranchant,Maud Beuvin,Maud Beuvin,Emmanuelle Lacène,Norma B. Romero,Simon Heath,Diana Zelenika,Thomas Voit,Bruno Eymard,Rabah Ben Yaou,Rabah Ben Yaou,Gisèle Bonne,Gisèle Bonne +25 more
TL;DR: expression and functional studies demonstrated that the FHL1 proteins were severely reduced in all tested patients and that this was associated with a severe delay in myotube formation in the two patients for whom myoblasts were available.
Journal ArticleDOI
Acute myelopathies: Clinical, laboratory and outcome profiles in 79 cases.
Jérôme De Seze,Tanya Stojkovic,Guillaume Breteau,Christian Lucas,Ulrich Michon-Pasturel,Jean-Yves Gauvrit,Eric Hachulla,François Mounier-Vehier,Jean-Pierre Pruvo,Didier Leys,Alain Destée,Pierre-Yves Hatron,Patrick Vermersch +12 more
TL;DR: Aetiologies of AM may be differentiated on the basis of clinical, spinal cord and brain MRI, CSF and outcome data, and allow a probable diagnosis to be made in previously undetermined cases, and may have therapeutic implications for cases with a questionable diagnosis.
