Journal ArticleDOI

Noninvasive and quantitative assessment of the function of multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 in the living brain.

TL;DR: An in vivo method is described, which overcomes limitations for assessing MRP1 function, using positron emission tomography (PET) and a PET probe, and allows noninvasive and quantitative assessment for MRp1 function in the living brain.
Journal ArticleDOI

Estimation of plasma IC50 of donepezil for cerebral acetylcholinesterase inhibition in patients with Alzheimer disease using positron emission tomography.

TL;DR: The plasma IC50 value was estimated from plasma donepezil concentrations and cerebral cortical mean AChE inhibition rates measured by positron emission tomography, using one-parameter model, and it was found that higher dose ofdonepezil might provide further benefits for patients with AD.
Journal ArticleDOI

Therapeutic Efficacy of C-Kit-Targeted Radioimmunotherapy Using 90Y-Labeled Anti-C-Kit Antibodies in a Mouse Model of Small Cell Lung Cancer

TL;DR: Treatment with [ 90Y]12A8 and [90Y]67A2 achieved a complete therapeutic response when SY tumors received an absorbed dose greater than 18 Gy and thus are promising RIT agents for metastatic SCLC cells at distant sites.
