Abstract: The paper addresses the problem of structural plot aspects analysis for both fiction and non-fiction works. For this, an approach based on ontological modeling is proposed. The requirements and the ontology for plot analysis and construction is developed. The structure of plot is represented by contextual graphs, containing scenes and action nodes. The meta-information, describing the specific scene is formalized using contextual ontology being a subset of common ontology of discourse. The proposed approach can be used for creation of new tools facilitating the detailed and multi-faceted analysis of literary works.

Abstract: In this paper we address the problem of designing an information system for methods and means of commercial distribution of information products using a personalized approach to visitors based on categories and tags for visitors that have interest to these information products. The designed system is the methods and means of reorganization in the online store, with the core of the automatic recommendation of tags (categories) in the form of a neural network with controlled learning that provides the intelligence of the system as a whole. The developed system has classes and subclasses to which real information products with logical links between them and intellectual analysis of the content. The system of commercial distribution of information products in the future will be able to bring real income to its owner, which will be in demand among users of the World Wide Web.

Abstract: The paper reports a study into recommendation algorithms and determination of their advantages and disadvantages. The method for developing recommendations based on collaborative filtering such as Content-Based Filtering (CBF), Collaborative Filtering (CF), and hybrid methods of Machine Learning (ML) has been improved. The paper describes the design principles and functional requirements to a recommendation system in the form of a Web application for choosing the content required by user using movies as an example. The research has focused on solving issues related to cold start and scalability within the method of collaborative filtering. To effectively address these tasks, we have used hybrid training methods. A hybrid recommendation system (HRS) has been practically implemented for providing relevant content recommendations using movies as an example, taking into consideration the user's personal preferences based on the constructed hybrid method. We have improved an algorithm for developing content recommendations based on the collaborative filtering and Machine Learning for the combined filtration of similarity indicators among users or goods. The hybrid algorithm receives initial information in a different form, normalizes it, and generates relevant recommendations based on a combination of CF and CBF methods. Machine Learning is capable of defining those factors that influence the selection of relevant films, which improves development of recommendations specific to the user. To solve these tasks, a new improved method has been proposed, underlying which, in contrast to existing systems of recommendations, are the hybrid methods and Machine Learning. Machine Learning data for the designed HRS were borrowed from MovieLens. We have analyzed methods for developing recommendations to the user; existing recommendation systems have been reviewed. Our experimental results demonstrate that the operational indicators for the proposed HRS, based on the technology of CF+CBF+ML, outperform those for two individual models, CF and CBF, and such their combinations as CF CBF, CF+ML, and CBF+ML. We recommend using HRS to collect data on people's preferences in selecting goods and to providing relevant recommendations.

Abstract: We have considered a task on designing an intelligent system of commercial distribution of informational products using a personalized approach to visitors based on the categories and tags of content that interests visitors. A general standard architecture of appropriate system has been developed using methods and personalization tools in the Internet environment with a core of automated recommendation of tags (categories) in the form of a neural network with controlled training. A personalized approach to the web site user results in a higher rate of sales. The system that was developed on the basis of modern SEO technologies considering the metrics for assessing the operation of an information and search module in the system makes it possible to select relevant content according to the user's personalized interests. The system has classes and subclasses that include real commercial informational products, interrelated by the built logical links, whose application promotes the intelligent supply of content based on the personalization of needs and interests of the user. In addition, based on modern methods of Machine Learning, the designed system learns to refine the results from searching the content in demand according to the personalized user's preferences. Personalization algorithms make it possible to associate each user with a list of products that are most likely to be of interest, and can predict what customers may want to see even if they are not aware of it yet. The aim of the intelligent system of e-commerce is to represent unique content based on the personalization approach and the use of tags. In addition to a standard text introduction of categories and tags based on images and product descriptions, the designed automation process defines tags and product categories. The predicate recognition system had been included into ontology learning module of the CROCUS application.

Abstract: The system providing the automated monitoring of changes in web resources was designed and developed. The entire process is divided into five parts. Each subsequent stage included some parts of the previous one. The practical value of this system resides in the ability to detect, in the shortest possible time, the changes in web-resource. In case, if unwanted changes were detected, the user will be able to perform the correction without the need for constant monitoring of content by developers. This facilitates the process of restoring the satisfactory state of web site after unauthorized changes were made. It also allows to track the competitors’ web pages in order to timely improve their own products.

Abstract: Information system for analyzing video stream data is developed, intended for conducting various types of video stream analysis. The optimal tools to develop the system are chosen, which allowed us to create a fast, reliable, optimized and user-friendly system with a comfortable web-based interface for users. The optimal hardware and software requirements for complete and uninterrupted operation of the product after development and testing of the system are identified. In addition, all the technical requirements and system parameters were described. Upon completion of the system, a control case analysis is performed, which showed that the system performs all the functions provided and works properly. Despite the fact that the system works correctly, and performs the task, there are still many ways to improve it. It is possible to create a solution that will use several such products on different servers at once to analyze one video stream, which will allow us to perform a better analysis, faster and as the result - to get more data.

Abstract: The article investigates the problem of automated development of basic ontology. A method, algorithm and means for extracting knowledge from natural text are proposed. It is shown that such an algorithm should be multistage and include a hierarchical multi-level procedure for recognizing concepts, relationships, predicates and rules, which are introduced as a result of ontology. The analysis of the subject area is the search and analysis of various information systems analogues. The analysis of methods and criteria of information systems is carried out. The analysis of the system and its functionality is presented. This paper examines methods and models of intellectual text processing, the results of which are intended to build software ontologies, and are used during Ontology Learning, when it is necessary to improve, extend, modify an existing ontology model, or build ontology from basic ontology, having only textcollection collections as sources of knowledge. In the latter case, the task is particularly complex and requires the use of the full range of text mining methods (Text Mining as TM). The paper deals with the solution of TM problems at different stages of the PMT processing: obtaining information (identifying entities concepts and terms, their properties, facts, events, establishing relationships between entities, in particular associative ones), categorization, and clustering, semantic annotation. Abstract: In the real world an intelligent system often consists of intelligent agents, each having its own perspective and goal and executing the common task interacting with others. Those agents are often created by different developers, are based on different conceptualizations of subject area and are working with incomplete and error-riddled data. In conditions of uncertainty of ontologies, the application of the traditional methods of cluster analysis, which assume a clear breakdown of the initial set into subsets, in which each element gets into only one cluster, is not always correct. In this work is proposed the stochastic game method of ontology clustering for optimization of operations under conditions of uncertainty. The essence of game clustering is that intelligent ontology agents randomly select one of the clusters. That is due to the fact that they can be used to build hierarchical models of complex systems, and investigate their dynamics. Moreover, the research describes a custom algebra-algorithmic system. It comprises the basis for further web services semantics and description. The models are developed with the custom algebra-algorithmic system operations. Service models are created with Petri colored nets. Models and imitational modeling are performed in the CPN-tools environment.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to develop an application for recognizing the user's point of view in order to control the mouse pointer. In the course of the task, an analysis of the subject area and technologies for implementation of the application was conducted. The algorithms of machine learning for solving the problem were considered. The input data of system are 50 coordinates placed on the face, which include the contours of the face, eyebrows, eyes, nose and coordinates of pupils. Finding the required coordinates occur without use of special devices, but only with webcam used for recognition. The application is implemented in the form of two modules, one of which is responsible for training system for the recognition of the view; the other one is responsible for controlling the mouse cursor with a view. Abstract: We have investigated processes of analysis, integration, and content generation, taking into consideration the needs of the user in cryptocurrency. By using the developed formal model and the performed critical analysis of methods and technologies for predicting the exchange rate of cryptocurrency, we have built a general architecture of the content processing system that acquires data from different cryptocurrency Internet stock exchanges. General functional requirements to the intelligent cryptocurrency system that target the Internet users have been stated. We have investigated methods, models, and tools to improve the effective support for developing structural elements in the model of a decision support system that manages content according to the user’s needs. general architectures of the backend and frontend parts of an intelligent cryptocurrency system have been devised. We also developed software for the system of integration and generation of content considering the cryptocurrency needs of users. An analysis of results of experimental verification of the proposed method for content integration and generation taking into consideration the cryptocurrency needs of users has been performed. A special feature of the system is that it analyzes information from social media and builds a forecast of currency rates based on the acquired information. A given system makes it possible to guess the trend in an exchange rate fluctuation. Conferences of a particular cryptocurrency, new implementations, government decrees from different countries, affect a trend as well, so it too must be taken into consideration. In order to account for most cases, it is necessary to constantly accumulate information on the subject and to assign it to Tables in a database. A given process takes place using a specialized software bot that collects and indexes information. The system is characterized by the following features that favorably distinguish it from analogs: the speed of page generation; the presence of SSL certificate and TLS encryption; content of better quality as it is updated every minute; there are no inactive sections of the service; the mobile web-site layout does not copy content at subdomain; automated checks against e-mail spam messages on the exchange rate. The focus of the system is on the frequency of updates at the speed of data aggregation from the Internet stock exchanges and social networks.

Abstract: This paper describes a software tool called Text Search, which allows you to identify a plurality of content based on a thematic analysis of the text. It works with English fiction texts. Input is a user's query in English in the form of a text that is subject to thematic analysis and compared with the thematic analysis of texts in the database. This program is a database that stores, processes and issues information at the same time. The interface is implemented using the C # language and Windows Forms components, a database with a specific language, Transact-SQL, which was created jointly between Microsoft and Sybase. This language is an alternative to SQL with more advanced functionality. Modeling an information system is an important process that allows you to make a qualitative assessment of the scale of the system, to examine all its processes, the data to be used, and communications. By demonstrating the use of different types of diagrams, the main purpose of the system's operation is identified: the identification of a plurality of content based on a thematic analysis of similar texts. A hierarchical sequence of temporary objectives which lead to the accomplishment of the main goal is presented. The main processes of the information system and the data flows that it uses are demonstrated. Sub-processes are demonstrated at the second level of decomposition. In addition, a tree-like structure of the process hierarchy is created. It demonstrates the main processes and tasks that arise during their implementation, as well as their relationship.

Abstract: This paper proposes a system of information encryption based on the synthesis of a neural network and AES(Advanced Encryption Standard(Rijndael)) algorithm. The encryption system is based on the diagonalized matrix of weight coefficients of synaptic connections of the neural network in the basis of vectors of input images, which provides the formation of a new key for each input image. The proposed approach provides a constantly changing key when encrypting information, that is, increases the degree of cryptographic stability of the algorithm compared to existing encryption algorithms.

Abstract: In the work intelligent system of a smart house is developed, which is designed to create from any house, office, or building a smart room. The best solutions and tools were chosen to develop the system, which allowed us to create a fast, optimized, reliable and easy-to-use system with a comfortable mobile and web-based user interface. The optimal parameters for deployment of the system (both hardware and software) were investigated and determined, and its operation in the planned mode, without any interruptions of the system operation. Upon completion of the design and development of the system, an analysis of the product was conducted, based on a control example, which made it possible to verify that the system was operating in accordance with the planned requirements, and provides access to all of the intended functionality.

It is proposed to use data integration instead of relational databases in order to keep data relevant permanently. System allows to select places of interest and build personal tours not listed by travel agencies, so each user will feel special. Developed touristic information system should combine all advertising and marketing material into a single information field. The application will be convenient in its use, relevant and most importantly, economical. Rapid increasing popularity of smartphones causes increasing of popularity of mobile tourism applications among users.

Purpose is to cluster all necessary planning flights items, functions, united informational system data. This system is designed to ease flight plan description in Eurocontrol database etc., provide its correct dissemination to all controllers, towers, airports etc. This project will help to omit difficult and long-lasting phone calls, automate and optimize flight plan rendering, provide with high data accuracy. The pilot also can easily check the weather at the airports during the flight. Adding all necessary characteristics of the plane, the system will calculate fuel consumption for all approved flights. Besides, all available and necessary documents will be established into unified document or database. Object study is aviation aircrafts flights planning. Subject study is aviation aircraft planning informational system project development. Novelties are few programs nowadays, which could rapidly, easily and qualitatively schedule aviation aircrafts flights of general-purpose. Many programs are very narrow focused and don’t give access to full functionality, others are highly expensive to operate them. So, this informational system project will be multifunctional and of high quality at the same time which cause its enormous demand. Flights planning aviation aircrafts of general-purpose informational system project will have enormous demand all across the globe. However, Europe would be the dominant user since airspace is under vigilant superintendence of Eurocontrol and number of rules, prohibitions and requirements covers these lands. Created application ensures easy and fast itinerary scheduling around the most problematical areas of Europe.

Abstract: The intelligent system of a smart house, which is designed to create from any house, office, or building a smart room, was created in the overall process. Recent trends in technology development demonstrate that more and more things are being automated around us. Even ordinary things become «smarter» and open a new functional use. This has led to an increase in demand for solutions that can provide a convenient and secure way to manage such devices. Having analyzed the literary and Internet sources, it was discovered that there is a large number of analogy systems, which nevertheless have some differences. Taking into account the analysis, it was decided to distinguish the market share through the introduction of intellectual algorithms, namely, algorithmic face recognition, and decision support system for shortcut service. Such solutions are not offered by any of the representatives of analogues, which will allow to receive the market share without strict competition with other manufacturers. Analysis of the analogues made it possible to define their weaknesses and strengths. As a result the experience of analogues was used while the designing and development of the system, and a lot of problems were avoided. In addition, a complex analysis of the software product was conducted, which allowed to see design of its structure, modules and their interconnection in detail. A hierarchy of tasks was also built according to the level of processes importance. An optimal alternative was identified for allocating resources between the main processes in the operating system with the use of analytical hierarchy method. The optimal tools were chosen for the development of the system, which allowed to create a fast, reliable, optimized and user-friendly system with a comfortable mobile and web-based user interfaces.

Abstract: The system designed for working with artistic texts in English is developed. It provides the opportunity to obtain the necessary information for the user, that is, the ordered data in the format Author - Title on the artwork, which correspond to the thematic query. This software tool operates to identify a plurality of content based on thematic analysis of texts. It is used as an application on a PC. Except for the main function the application does not perform additional actions. It consists of a part that serves as a user interface and a database that is located on the server. The input is an English-language text snippet that is similar to what the user wants to find. Output is a list of the names of works and the names of their authors, sorted by descending similarity.

Abstract: The peculiarities of the application of linguo-statistics technologies for the identification of the style of the author of text content of scientific and technical profile are considered. Quantitative linguistic analysis of a text uses the benefits of content monitoring based on the NLP methods to identify and analyze the set of stop words, keywords, set phrases and to study N-gram. The latter are used in the linguometry methods to determine in per cent if the given text belongs to a particular author. The quantitative method for automatic text content authorship attribution was developed based on statistical analysis of the 3-gram distribution. The approach to the implementation of identification of the author of the text in the Ukrainian language of the scientific and technical profile was proposed. Experimental results of the proposed method to determine the belonging of the analyzed text to a specific author in the presence of the reference text were obtained. Application of the linguo-statistical analysis of the 3-grams to a set of articles will make it possible to form a subset of publications that are similar in linguistic descriptions. Imposing additional conditions in the form of statistical and quantitative analyses (a set of keywords, set expressions, stylometric, linguometric analyses, etc.) on a subset will allow a significant reduction of this subset by specifying the list of the most likely author. For qualitative and effective content analysis when determining the degree of authorship of a particular author, we propose to analyze the reference text and the one under consideration at several stages: linguometric analysis of the coefficients of the diversity of the author's speech, stylometric analysis, analysis of set expressions, linguo-statistical analysis of 3-grams. For automated text processing, not only the frequency of occurrence of a certain category, but also its existence in the studied text in general are important. Quantitative computation makes it possible to draw objective conclusions about the orientation of materials by the number of using the units of analysis in the studied texts. Qualitative analysis does the same, but as a result of the study of whether (and in what context) there is a certain important original category in general

Abstract: The methods for evaluating distant the featured character based on one of the methods of machine learning and supervised learning algorithm for linear regression are developed, which sells such training and the level of competency-based algorithm of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). These approaches and algorithms provide automation of recruitment processes, simplify search of probable candidates for the respective positions according distant learning outcomes. Created training requirements for system, elements of which were own factors of importance. The systematic analysis of the research object in which the system has been designed product targets, its objectives and structure was carried out. Having received the information, software to implement the task, namely, its own framework with built-in programming language PHP, client to work with databases and HeidiSQL MariaDB and designing of patterns MVC were selected. In addition to work with the client often, not the software used technologies such as AngularJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Twitter Bootstrap. All their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages have been shown in the work.

Abstract: The aspects of the design of an immunological patient screening observation information system related to the required system functionality are discussed. Practical solutions for individual operational challenges are suggested. Functional requirements for the designed information system are defined. Based on the outlined functional needs, the appearance of the kernel of the information system is determined, namely, in what form the entered data will be stored. Some functions of rules set formation for Machine learning and Neural Network building based on Making Decisions Tree, which have to be resolved by system, are defined. Practical solutions are proposed for specific tasks that are entrusted to the information system.

Abstract: The system for backing up the data is designed. Client software works on the computer of user, takes all the necessary files for backup, and turns them into Stream of bytes. Then breaks it into blocks (from 32 KB to 64KB) using a Rabin algorithm. Abstract: Context. Today, e-commerce is one of the most active and promising segments of the global economy, characterized by steady growth of volumes and active improvement of tools and technologies. Intellectualization of e-commerce systems today is one of the main trends in their development and effective functioning in a competitive environment. One of the most promising means of solving this task category is the use of intellectual agents (IAs). The modern approach to modeling the decision support process, in particular, in e-commerce, uses the Boyd’s loop principle, which involves repeated cycle repetition of four successive interrelated processes (stages): observation – orientation – decision-making – action. According to Boyd’s hypothesis, the higher speed of the cycle and the accuracy of the evaluation of the stages of the cycle provide an advantage over the competitor. Objective of the research is to develop tools for effective planning of actions of intellectual agents of e-commerce systems in a competitive environment based on ontologies, and to set the task of planning the actions of intellectual agents to the problem of dynamic programming. Method. The mathematical support and method of action planning of IA based on adaptive ontologies are developed. This method can be used to effectively operate IA in a competitive environment of the SEC, which is modeled by Boyd’s loop. Adaptive ontology is used to plan IA actions. To this end, we have added two scalar quantities (the importance of concepts and relationships) that are used to find an effective way to implement the IA plan in a generally accepted three-element tuple that defines ontology (a set of concepts, relationships, and their interpretation). Such an assessment of the ontology elements allows reducing the task of planning IA actions in a competitive environment to the task of dynamic programming. Results. In the article the model of planning of actions of intellectual agents of electronic commerce systems using an ontological approach is constructed. The method of evaluation of actions of intellectual agents on the basis of adaptive ontologies is developed. Such an assessment makes it possible to reduce the task of scheduling actions to the task of dynamic programming. Conclusions. Analysis of the results of IA actions can determine the causes of the formation of the target audience by a set of characteristics of the functioning of the SEC. By regulating the content, its uniqueness, the efficiency of its formation and its adequate management according to the individual needs of a regular user, one can model the boundaries of the target social audience and the number of unique visitors from search engines. In fig. 5–6 the results of the work of the developed systems in the form of charts are presented, from which it follows that in the presence of all types of IA significantly increases the volume of visits and unique users.

Abstract: Context. Today, most corporations are constantly rethinking business from the point of view of the Internet, namely its availability, broad reach and ever-changing needs of the user. The e-commerce web-site, which provides user-friendly experience, including the ability to quickly find the products that are necessary for its portables and taste, is more in favor of competitive advantage. Objective of the study is to develop a general architecture of the intellectual system for the distribution of commercial content in the Internet space, based on the study of the neural network in accordance with the history of the psychedelic region to provide unique content using the approach of personalization and the use of tags. Method. The model of information system of commercial content personalization for the user needs is developed. Also the method of distributing commercial content based on the approach of personalization and the tags use is developed. In this case, the neural network training is used to create a recommendation tag and marketable personalization tools. The customization algorithm allows you to associate each user with a list of products that they are most likely to be interested in, and can predict what customers might want to see even if they do not yet know about it. The developed method can be used to provide a more relevant set of content. Also, the developed method gives the opportunity to classify the relevant content or show it earlier in the process of rolling the pages to avoid consumers choosing the wrong content or spending time scrolling when looking for a product. Results. The developed system is intended for distribution of information technology products (publications, books, courses, videos, files, etc.) through the Internet. Conclusions. Implementation of this system will allow access to certain types of content to the general public, since the site will be placed on the World Wide Web; on the other hand, another part of the purpose of creating this system is a commercial component, namely, the receipt of profits by the owner or administrator of the intellectual system, through the mechanisms of e- commerce.
